Position Responsibilities
We’re looking for an HR leader with a heart for ministry and a desire to make a difference!
The HR Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, supporting the staff, and advancing the mission of NewSpring Church. This individual will lead the HR department in developing and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with legal and biblical standards. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and a pastor's heart to create an environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and equipped to fulfill their roles with excellence.

Qualifications for this job include being able to (or have a proven track record of):
- 5 years of progressive HR experience preferred, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is desired, but not required.
