What is "The Daily?"
We want everyone everywhere to have an everyday relationship with Jesus. The Daily is the everyday practice of gratitude, prayer, and Bible reading — all within the NewSpring App.
If you have the latest version of the NewSpring App, you should see a tab down at the bottom of your screen that has a sunrise icon and the word "Daily." Select that tab to start practicing your daily habits!
If you aren’t sure if you have the latest version of the NewSpring App, you can click here to download for iOS (Apple) or click here to download for Android! If you already have the App, the iOS or Android store will invite you to update to the latest version.
Here’s how it works:
You’ll spend a few moments in gratitude. Share what you’re grateful for, what excites you about tomorrow, or how God has blessed you recently.
Then, you’ll have the opportunity to pray for other people in the NewSpring App. Pray for as many people as you would like. Then, if you’re comfortable, share a prayer for yourself! These prayers are public and aren’t the best way to get in touch with your campus staff. If you are trying to contact someone at our campuses, you can head to this page.
Finally, you’ll be able to choose from two Bible reading plans. One plan will take you through the whole Bible in one year, and the other plan will take you through the New Testament in one year.
If you miss a day of reading and want to go back, you can find the daily Bible reading in the Explore tab in your NewSpring App. You’ll be able to find both Bible reading plans and go back to the days you missed!
